A Day in the Life…
Display a "customer comes first" attitude delivering legendary customer service.
Assess the best rate and unit size for the customer’s needs and close the deal
Face to face marketing with the local community
Know the ins and outs of your property and manage improvements
Being a Team Player and accepting new challenges
Exceed monetary and operational goals
Minimum (2) years in customer service/selling position.
Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving
Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can work any day of the week including weekends.
Essential Job Functions
Strong sales skills for up-selling merchandise and postal products.
Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with the customers and other staff members.
Provide excellent customer service through strong problem solving skills.
Adaptable to changing processes and procedures.... attention to detail.
Share ideas on ways to streamline the postal services and the office organization.
Flexible with scheduling and staff changes.
Promote and market both the USPS shipping center and the storage site at any marketing events you are invited to attend.
Learn and adhere to Postal Rules/Regulations
Lift safely and unassisted 40 lbs.
